Stem cell clonality and genome stability retreat

Barcelona , 21 & 22 October 2019

Successful treatments of multiple monogenic diseases using viral vectors have led to increasing involvement of the biopharmaceutical industry and evolution of registration trials. Academic centers are pursuing new indications, new vector platforms and alternate cellular targets while translating basic genomic editing discoveries into the clinic. Insertion site analysis of integrating vectors in human trials is leading to new understanding of hematopoiesis. These advances clearly may impact future clinical applications. This meeting brings together international experts discussing state-of-the-art gene transfer and gene therapy clinical applications, new vector approaches and insertional genome biology. The meeting is limited in size to 100 participants.
