Help shape the future of gene & cell therapy policy in Europe

The European Society of Gene & Cell Therapy (ESGCT) is looking for a Public Affairs & Health Policy Lead to establish and drive its European policy and advocacy function.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced public affairs professional to:

✅ Shape policy on advanced therapies across Europe

✅ Engage with EU institutions, regulators and key stakeholders

✅ Develop evidence-based policy positions

✅ Work alongside leading scientists, clinicians and patient communities

📍 Location: Flexible within Europe (Brussels proximity desirable)

📄 Contract: 12-month consultancy (initial engagement)

💶 Salary: €50,000–€65,000 gross per annum
