Luigi Naldini

For his wide-ranging contributions to the field of gene and cell therapy, particularly for the development and improvement of lentiviral vectors for gene therapy. Dr Naldini is Professor of Gene and Cell Therapy and Director of the San Raffaele Telethon Institute for Gene Therapy in Milan, and Past President of ESGCT.
