This year, the Spring School will be organised at the Vila Gale Hotel, in Coimbra. Ideally, most of you should be able to stay there, you can book your rooms using the link below. Please note that the NH hotel located next to the Vila Gale is equally convenient.  You are of course welcome to book any other hotel which matches your budget.

Registration

​

We invite leading experts in the field of gene and cell therapy to share their knowledge in presentations and workshops. Students will also have the opportunity to spend time with them during the social events throughout the programme.

 

Please read the following information carefully before you apply.

​

The event is open to all academic students who are members of ESGCT. However, please note that we will not accept registrations from any students who have attended a previous ESGCT Spring School or those who are based in industry. 

​

Up to 6 places will be available per institute to enable as many students as possible from a wide variety of institutes to attend. There will be a cap on the total number of places, so please register promptly to avoid disappointment.

 

If you meet all of the above criteria, we will be pleased to receive your registration and look forward to seeing you in Coimbra in April. Please register by 9 February, after which date we will open the remaining spaces for the waiting list.

Please note

We will hold a waiting list for students who have attended a previous Spring School and would like to attend again, or for anyone whose lab has already used their 6 places. Please email events@esgct.eu if you would like to join the waiting list.

Should you not be able to attend once you have booked your place, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to someone else on the waiting list.

Once registered, if you do not attend the Spring School and do not inform us in advance, ESGCT has the right to invoice your supervisor for the cost of the unused place

​
